At LOUD, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable service. Please review our shipping policy:

• Same-Day Shipping:

  • Orders paid for by 3:30 PM Central, on Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.
  • On Saturdays, orders must be placed and paid for by 11:00 AM Central to qualify for same-day shipping.
  • Sunday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday.

  • Holidays: Orders placed on federal or company-observed holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.
  • Orders over $100 ship free of charge.

• Out-of-Stock Products:

  • In the rare event that a specific strain you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll replace it with the closest match in terms of quality, genetic type (indica, sativa, or hybrid), and THC percentage, ensuring your satisfaction.

• Shipping Restrictions:

  • We retain the right to refuse shipment to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of any THC or hemp-derived products.
  • Furthermore, we are not responsible for determining the legality of these products in your area of residence. By purchasing from LOUD, you assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with your local laws.
  • THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
