How to Track Your Order
The easiest way is through the tracking email we send once your order ships.
If you can’t find that email—no worries! You can still look up everything on our website.

Log into your account on our website.

Go to the My Account page to view your full order history.
On this page, you’ll see an Order Fulfillment status next to each order:

Unfulfilled – Your order is still being prepared and hasn’t left our facility.

Fulfilled – Your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created.
To see exactly where a shipped package is in transit, click the specific order. Any fulfilled order will have a tracking number that links directly to the USPS or UPS tracking page.
